We appreciate and thank you for your purchase with us. Please go through the policy, conditions and process cautiously as they will give important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, regarding any purchase that you make with us unless specifically stated otherwise on our website or any programs.

We make every single effort to service the orders placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned. If due to any reason, unavoidable situations or beyond the restrictions, the order is not dispatched, or delivered then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event, if the program/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to any product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc, then also the refund is processed.

We can cancel the order before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  • The specific product/model/program is not available/ out of Stock.
  • The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline
  • On your request
  • The shipping/billing address is not serviceable
  • Any other reason beyond our control

Refund Process:

Please contact our customer care executive via email or call. They will validate the request by checking the timelines, program or product type and shall take the request for refund. Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.

Ensure that the tracking number is shared and communicated properly with our customer care executive. Please ensure to pack the product properly before handling it over to courier. The order shall be considered for refund only if the product in undamaged condition [there should be no scratches, no marks etc.]


The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received, which should feature your name and address, contact number, and order number. Kindly explain the reason for return and without your order details processing refund / replacement would not be possible.

The return courier tracking number, if not intimated to our customer support team executive is not eligible for refund. The order returned must accompany all the products (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the products shall be recovered from the refund amount. Any charges imposed as tax is not eligible for refund.

Note: Any Promotional Gift /Coupon codes used will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.
